The notice depends on the intricacy of your custom cakes, but we have an exceptional turnaround time. For most cases, we can offer same-day delivery across London. For customised orders, please get in touch with us for exact timelines.

Store your cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness. If not consuming immediately, refrigerate your cake. Please allow it to come to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.
- Full refunds are offered with 1 week’s notice for non-themed cakes/cupcakes.
- For themed/logo cakes/cupcakes, 2 weeks’ notice is required.
- Wedding cake deposits are non-refundable.

Select the required date at checkout. If your desired date is unavailable, please note that our cakes stay fresh for 3-4 days when stored in the fridge.
We deliver between 11 am and 9 pm (and midnight). You will receive an email with a more specific time slot the day
before your order is due. Tracking will be provided on the day via SMS and email.
